Company Leadership

President: Scott Sheldon, BA, started mining exploration in the early 1990s. He later became a provider of web services and campaign management to various junior miners in Vancouver. He is also President of Go Metals Corp., the company responsible for extending the Yukon White Gold district south with the Wels Gold project.

VP Exploration: Jacob Verbaas, PhD, PGeo, has worked on gold projects in Africa, Australia and Canada. He holds a PhD in Yukon geology and an MSc in structural geology. His recent work on the Monster IOCG involved working with both traditional and novel exploration techniques to define drill targets.

Director: Don Sheldon, MBA, brings more than 30 years of experience working with reporting issuers. Mr. Sheldon has had an extensive career managing and raising capital for junior resource companies.

Director: Brian Murray, CFA has worked as a Chartered Professional Accountant in Ontario since 1973. Mr. Murray has worked with reporting issuers for more than 20 years and is also CFO and a Director with Sea Green Capital Inc.

Director: Adrian Smith, PGeo, is a Geologist with 15 years experience. Mr. Smith worked as an Underground Mine Geologist in the Shasta Gold-Silver mine and worked at the Cantung Mine in the NWT. Adrian is the qualified person for the Company as defined in the National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed the technical information presented.
